Refund and Return Policy

Our store exclusively sells digital Dota 2 skins, which are delivered instantly through Steam. Because these items are virtual and non-tangible, our return and refund procedures differ from those that apply to physical goods.

1. Digital Item Nature

All purchases consist of digital Dota 2 skins delivered directly to your designated Steam account. If you wish to request a refund, you must do so within 14 days of the original transaction. Each case will be reviewed individually, and approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

2. Refund Eligibility

Refunds cannot be processed once an item has been used, traded, or transferred to another account. We only issue refunds in cases where an issue arises from a technical error on our part or a failure beyond your control. Providing false or misleading information in a refund request may result in account suspension or legal consequences.

3. Delivery Issues

If your purchased item fails to arrive or is delivered to the wrong Steam account due to an error on our side, please contact us within 48 hours of purchase at support@shardnest.com. We will investigate the issue and work to resolve it promptly.

4. Customer Mistakes

We cannot refund purchases caused by buyer errors—such as providing an incorrect Steam ID or trade URL. Please ensure all account details are accurate before completing your purchase, as digital deliveries cannot be reversed once sent.

5. Preventing Fraud

shardnest.com reserves the right to reject refund requests that appear fraudulent, abusive, or inconsistent with our Terms of Service. We actively monitor transactions to protect both customers and our platform from misuse.
