To keep our Dota 2 skins marketplace fair and secure for everyone, please follow these simple rules when selling your in-game items.

📌 Basic Rules
  1. Use your own Steam account: Only list skins that you legitimately own in your Steam Inventory.
  2. No fake or duplicated items: All items must be genuine and transferable through Steam.
  3. One listing per skin: Avoid posting the same item multiple times with different prices.
  4. Respect buyer security: Deliver skins promptly and do not attempt to reverse completed trades.

Violating these rules may lead to removal of listings, account suspension, or permanent bans.

💰 Fees & Payouts
  1. Commission: Shardnest charges a 2% fee on every successful sale.
  2. Earnings: After a sale, your funds will be credited to your Shardnest balance.
  3. Withdrawals: You can withdraw your balance to your linked bank card at any time.

We strive to process payouts quickly. Larger withdrawals may require additional verification.
